Employee Discount Holiday Scheme
Do you run a business or are you employed by a company who might be interested in signing up for our FREE Corporate Employee Holiday Discount Scheme?
We understand that it is increasingly difficult to obtain a true holiday bargain and last minute deals just don't exist anymore. In an attempt to redress the balance we have introduced our Corporate Employee Discount Scheme.
The scheme offers between 5% and 10% discount off our holidays (excluding flights) for employees of companies who have registered with us. What's the catch? Quite simply, there isn't one!
How Does it Work?
By registering with us and agreeing to distribute our email offers and newsletters amongst their staff, companies are assisting us in exposing our offers to a wider audience. In turn, we are able to negotiate better rates with suppliers, due to a higher volume of clients. This saving is then passed on to members of the Corporate Scheme.
Website Link Exchange
In addition to the above, we also offer a website link exchange where we would be pleased to offer linke exchanges for reciprocal, like-for-like pages. e.g. we would display a logo and a link to your company website on our home page in return for you displaying a link to our website on your home page. This is NOT compulsory, however, and is offered separately to the Employee Discount Scheme.
How to Join...
Simply complete the online enquiry form with your company details etc and we will provide an Employee Discount Code that is unique to your business and can be used by your employees and their families. As well as the holidays offered on our website, we will also occassionally send, via email, details of special offers and deals for your employees to take advantage of.
We promise to keep emails to a minimum and you will usually receive approximately 1 or 2 emails in any month. In turn, we respectfully request that these offers are distributed to your employees via email or displayed on a staff notice board etc.

A teacher or other individual working in the education sector who registers with us will receive regular news letters (approximately 1 per month) featuring our special offers. ALSO, once registered, we will provide a quote for any holiday (either featured on our website or a bespoke package) and provide the public (retail) selling price and the price after your discount has been applied.

Budget
We are very aware that in the current economic climate budgets are becoming tighter. We are pleased to work within a specified and agreed budget to bring together all of the elements required for a successful business trip or corporate delegation.
Personal Travel Profile
In order to improve the efficiency and consistency of our services, we will retain as much or as little information as you wish about the travel requirements of your company executives and representatives. For example, a person's travel profile might consist of preferences for hotels, flight and dietary requirements, prefered class of travel, named representatives in visited countries to provide consistency and all the way down to favourite restaurants and food if this is required.
The Personal Travel Profile will only be used for planning trips and for contacting the respective person regarding their trip. The details will not be sold, passed on or used for mass marketing purposes. The details will also be deleted from our system at any time upon request.
If you do not wish any details to be retained we are also pleased to operate in this way.
Named Consultant
During the initial planning stages right the way through to the conclusion of the trip, you will have a named consultant who will work with you in developing the programme that will best suit your requirements.
We feel that this is an important aspect of our services and provides consistency as well as building a good client relationship.
